The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has officially announced the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 2 seat allotment results for the 3-Year LLB programme. Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling can now view their allocation status and download their allotment letters through the official website at llb3cap26.mahacet.org.
The seat allocation for this round was determined based on a combination of factors, including the college preferences submitted by candidates, their individual merit ranks, and their respective categories. To access the results, students are required to log in to the candidate portal using their registered email ID and password.
Upon viewing their allotment, candidates are presented with options to manage their admission status. Those who are satisfied with their assigned college may choose the 'Freeze' option, which confirms their seat and indicates that they do not wish to participate in any subsequent rounds of the counselling process. Selecting this option requires candidates to proceed with the payment of the admission fee to secure their place.
Alternatively, candidates who are not satisfied with their current allotment have the option to participate in future rounds of the counselling process or withdraw from the admission cycle entirely. Please note that a withdrawal fee is applicable for those who choose to exit the counselling process at this stage.
For students who intend to accept their allotted seats and proceed with the admission process, the reporting period at the designated colleges is scheduled from August 31, 2026, to September 2, 2026. It is essential for candidates to complete the necessary documentation and fee formalities within this specified timeframe to finalise their enrolment.
