The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has officially released the provisional vacant seat list for Round 4 of the MAH MBA Centralized Admission Process (CAP) 2026. This announcement marks a critical phase for candidates seeking admission into MBA programs across the state, as this round serves as the final opportunity for seat allotment in the current academic cycle.
Students who did not secure a seat in the previous round, or those who opted for the betterment process, are now eligible to participate in this concluding stage. To be considered for the final round of seat allocation, candidates are required to complete and submit their confirmation of option forms through the official portal.
The window for submitting the confirmation of option forms opened on August 29 and will remain active until August 31. It is essential for applicants to complete this process within the stipulated timeframe to ensure their participation in the final selection process. Following the submission period, the State CET Cell is scheduled to publish the seat allotment list for Round 4 on September 3.
Once the allotment results are declared, candidates who are assigned a seat must proceed with the confirmation of their admission. This involves accepting the offer online and subsequently visiting the allotted college to finalize the necessary admission formalities. A seat acceptance fee of INR 1,000 is applicable for candidates securing a seat during this round. The CET Cell has noted that this fourth round is the final stage of the counselling process, which has already facilitated the admission process for over 1 lakh students.
Candidates can access the confirmation of option form by logging into their registered accounts on the official MAH MBA CAP 2026 website. The process requires careful selection of preferences based on the newly released list of vacant seats. As this is the last round of the centralized admission process, no further seat allotment rounds will be conducted by the authorities after the conclusion of this phase. Applicants are advised to monitor the official portal regularly for any further updates or notifications regarding the final admission schedule.
