MP AYUSH Counselling 2026: Round 2 Schedule Announced for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS

The Directorate of AYUSH, Madhya Pradesh, has officially released the schedule for the second round of the Graduate Counselling Programme for the 2026 academic session. This phase covers state quota admissions for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses across government autonomous and private colleges within the state.

The counselling process, which is managed through the MP Online portal, is governed by the state's admission rules for Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy, and Yoga graduate courses. Only those institutions that have secured formal admission permission from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), or the Madhya Pradesh AYUSH Department are participating in this round.

Key Dates and Counselling Procedures

Eligible candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2026 examination can begin their online registration starting September 27, 2026. The registration window will remain open until 11:59 PM on September 30, 2026. For those who need to make corrections to their registration forms, an editing window will be available until 5:00 PM on October 1, 2026.

A critical component of this phase is the mandatory document verification process. Candidates are required to visit one of the three designated help centres between September 28 and October 1, 2026, concluding at 5:00 PM. Authorities have emphasised that once a candidate's details are verified at these centres, no further modifications to the registration information will be permitted. Following verification, the list of vacant seats is scheduled for publication on October 5, 2026, followed by the merit list on October 6, 2026.

Once the merit list is released, candidates may proceed with college preference and choice filling, which is scheduled from October 7 to October 9, 2026. The seat allotment results are set to be declared on October 12, 2026. Students who are successfully allotted a seat will have from October 13 to October 15, 2026, to complete the necessary college formalities for provisional admission. Candidates who wish to cancel their admission may do so between 6:00 PM on October 13 and 7:00 PM on October 15, 2026.
