The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has officially released the Round 1 seat allotment results for the 2026 NEET PG counselling process. Medical graduates who participated in the state quota counselling for MD, MS, Post-MBBS DNB, and PG Diploma courses can now access their allotment status through the official portal.

The announcement follows the conclusion of the choice-filling window, which closed on October 27, 2026. With the results now live, candidates who applied for the 50% state quota seats are encouraged to log in to the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in to verify their admission status and download their respective allotment letters.

Accessing Allotment Results and Reporting Procedures

To view the allotment results, candidates must use their registered credentials to log in to the candidate portal. The DME has made the allotment list available for download, allowing students to confirm their assigned colleges and courses. In addition to individual results, the portal also provides information regarding the opening and closing ranks for the current round, offering transparency for those monitoring the admission trends.

Candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat in this first round are required to complete the mandatory admission formalities. This process includes downloading the official allotment letter and reporting to the designated medical college. The reporting window is scheduled to remain open from October 30, 2026, through November 10, 2026. During this same period, candidates who wish to resign from their allotted seat or cancel their admission must do so by reporting directly to the college.

Important Deadlines for Candidates

It is essential for all candidates to adhere to the specified timeline to secure their admission. Failure to report to the allotted institution within the window ending on November 10, 2026, may impact a candidate's status in the counselling process. As the official authority for medical admissions in the state, the DME advises all participants to keep their registration details secure and monitor the official website for any further updates or subsequent rounds of the counselling schedule.
