MP NEET UG 2026 Mop-Up Round Counselling Registration Commences

The Department of Public Health & Medical Education has officially commenced the registration process for the mop-up round of the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 counselling. This phase of the admission process is specifically designed for students seeking entry into MBBS and BDS programmes under the 85% state quota reserved seats.

Candidates who have successfully qualified for the NEET UG examination and did not participate in the previous first or second rounds of counselling are eligible to register for this mop-up session. The application portal is now live, and interested applicants are encouraged to complete their registration through the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in.

Key Dates and Counselling Schedule

The registration window for the mop-up round is open from September 28 and will conclude on October 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Following the closure of the registration period, the authorities will release the revised state merit list on October 3, 2026. On the same day, the department will also publish the list of available vacancies for the participating medical and dental colleges.

Once the merit list and vacancy details are available, the process of choice filling and locking will take place between October 4 and October 7, 2026, with the deadline set for 11:59 PM on the final day. The seat allotment results for the mop-up round are scheduled to be declared on October 10, 2026. Successful candidates will then be required to report to their allotted colleges to complete the admission formalities between October 11 and October 14, 2026.
