According to the official directive, if a student's eligibility status remains listed as 'Admission Granted', 'Provisional Eligible', or 'Pending', their results will continue to be marked as 'RPV' (Result Pending Verification). The university has explicitly stated that the colleges will be held accountable for any delays in processing these records.

The directive applies to a broad spectrum of institutions under the university's jurisdiction, including Arts, Commerce, and Science colleges, as well as various sub-campuses such as the Biographer Padma Bhushan Dr. Dhananjay Keer Ratnagiri Sub-Campus, the Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Mumbai University Sub-Campus in Thane, and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in Kalyan and Sindhudurg. Principals and directors at these locations have been instructed to submit the required paperwork to the AEEM department without further delay to ensure that student records are brought up to date for the 2026-27 academic year.
