The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced a revision to the release date of the NEET PG 2026 admit card, now set for August 25, 2026. This change comes in response to requests from candidates in Assam and Meghalaya, as well as other unavoidable circumstances. Initially, the release date was moved from August 27 to August 24, but the latest update has shifted it back by one day. Candidates preparing for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate studies can access their hall tickets online at the official NBEMS websites, nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in, once the download link is activated.

To ensure a smooth download process, candidates are encouraged to stay updated through the official NBEMS website. The admit card is crucial for candidates, as it contains essential information regarding their examination center, reporting time, and other important instructions for exam day. The NEET PG exam is scheduled to take place on August 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and will be conducted in a Computer Based Examination (CBT) format.

In preparation for the exam, candidates are advised to practice with previous years' question papers. This practice can help them gauge the difficulty level of the exam, enhance their speed and accuracy, and identify areas that may require additional focus. The NEET PG Information Bulletin, released earlier, provided candidates with test city intimation on August 11, 2026, indicating the location of their examination centers.

It is important for candidates to distinguish between the test city intimation and the admit card. While the former informs candidates of the city where their exam center is located, the admit card contains specific details about the examination center, reporting time, and other instructions that must be followed on the day of the exam.

As the exam date approaches, candidates are urged to regularly check the NBEMS website for any further updates or changes. The NEET PG exam is a critical step for aspiring postgraduate medical students, and being well-prepared is essential for success. For any inquiries or further information, candidates can reach out to the NBEMS through their official communication channels.
