The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially commenced the registration process for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2027. Aspiring candidates can now access the application portal through the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in to begin their submission process for the upcoming examination cycle.
This initial phase of the application window opened on October 24 and is scheduled to remain active until November 22. Candidates are advised to complete their registration, which includes providing personal and academic information, uploading necessary documentation, and finalizing the payment of the application fee, before the deadline expires.
The NTA has established a clear timeline for the application process to ensure all candidates have sufficient time to submit their details. While the primary deadline for both registration and fee payment is November 22, the agency has introduced a new provision for the 2027 cycle to accommodate those who may miss the initial window.
A late-fee application period has been scheduled from November 23 to November 26. During this four-day extension, candidates who were unable to register by the original deadline will be permitted to submit their applications, provided they pay an additional late fee of INR 500. It is essential for applicants to ensure that all information entered into the portal is accurate and corresponds directly with their official identification documents, as the NTA will also require Aadhaar authentication or other approved identification methods as part of the verification process.
To participate in JEE Main 2027, candidates must navigate to the official NTA portal. The application procedure requires a systematic approach, starting with the creation of a user account, followed by the completion of the detailed application form. Once the data is entered and documents are uploaded, candidates must complete the transaction for the application fee to finalize their submission.
The NTA emphasizes the importance of adhering to the prescribed schedule to avoid any complications during the examination process. As the registration window is now open, students are encouraged to review the official notification thoroughly to ensure they meet all requirements before submitting their final application.
