The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are currently in the final stages of processing results for the Group D CEN 09/2025 examination. Following the recent closure of the objection window for the provisional answer key, the board is now reviewing candidate feedback to finalize the results. While an official declaration date has not yet been confirmed, the announcement is expected to be made in the near future.
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for these Level 1 positions was conducted earlier this year, spanning from August 3 to August 25, 2026. Since the conclusion of the exam, candidates have been awaiting the release of their results and the corresponding cutoff marks. The process reached a significant milestone in September when the RRBs released the provisional answer keys, question papers, and individual recorded responses, allowing candidates to submit formal challenges regarding the accuracy of the questions or options provided.
With the objection facility now officially closed, the RRBs are tasked with evaluating the validity of the challenges submitted by candidates. This review process is a critical step in ensuring the integrity of the final answer key. Once the board has thoroughly assessed these submissions, it will finalize the answer key, which will serve as the basis for calculating the final scores.
When the results are eventually published on the official website, they are expected to include a list of candidates who have been shortlisted for the subsequent phase of the recruitment process. Alongside the results, the RRBs are also expected to release the final answer key, individual scorecards, and zone-wise cutoff marks. Candidates who successfully meet the required cutoff criteria will then be eligible to proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), depending on the specific vacancy requirements for their respective zones.
In light of various unofficial reports circulating online, the authorities have advised candidates to remain cautious. There is currently no confirmed date for the result declaration, and students are encouraged to rely solely on updates provided through the official RRB portal. Candidates should continue to monitor the official website for the most accurate information regarding their performance and the next stages of the recruitment cycle.
