The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, is set to conclude the third phase of the KLEE 2026 counselling process for vacant seats tomorrow, September 18. Candidates seeking admission to the three-year and five-year LLB programmes must complete their option registration and choice-filling process through the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in by 10:00 AM.
This special round of counselling is specifically designed to fill the remaining seats that were not claimed during the primary rounds of the centralised allotment process. Only those candidates who hold a valid rank in the KLEE 2026 entrance examination are eligible to participate in this phase and finalise their college preferences before the portal closes.
Participants in this round should be aware of the strict regulations governing the seat allotment process. According to the official notification, once a candidate is assigned a seat during this phase, any admission they may have secured in a previous round will be automatically cancelled. Furthermore, the allotment received in this specific vacant seat round is final, meaning it cannot be subject to further alterations or upgrades.
Candidates are also advised that securing an allotment in this phase renders them ineligible to participate in any subsequent rounds of counselling. The CEE has indicated that if any seats remain vacant following the conclusion of this cycle, a separate stray vacancy round will be conducted at a later date. It is essential for applicants to review the vacant seat matrix provided on the official portal to make informed decisions before the system locks their submissions at the 10:00 AM deadline tomorrow.
