RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2026: Round 3 Registration Opens for B.Pharm and D.Pharm

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) has officially opened the registration window for the third round of online counselling for admission into its pharmacy programmes. This phase of the admission process is specifically designed to fill vacant seats across B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses for the 2026 academic session.

Candidates who have not yet secured a seat in any pharmacy college are eligible to participate in this round. Notably, the university has extended the opportunity to non-CUET 2026 candidates, although it has clarified that priority during the seat allotment process will be granted to those who appeared for the RUHS CUET 2026 examination.

Key Dates and Counselling Schedule

The registration process for the third round commenced on September 24 and is scheduled to conclude on September 30, 2026. Following the registration period, the university will release the counselling guidelines and the seat matrix on October 1, 2026, which will be accompanied by the publication of the merit list.

Once the merit list is available, candidates will be required to complete their college choice filling between October 1 and October 5, 2026. The official college allotment results are expected to be declared on October 8, 2026. Successful candidates will then have until October 14, 2026, to complete their joining formalities at their respective allotted colleges. The academic session for the new intake is set to begin on October 15, 2026. The university has confirmed that this third round will serve as the final phase of the online counselling process.

Registration and Counselling Fees

To participate in the counselling process, candidates must pay both a registration fee and a counselling fee. The registration fee is structured based on the candidate's category: SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs 1,000, while all other candidates must pay Rs 2,000. Additionally, a uniform counselling fee of Rs 550 is applicable to all participants. The university mandates that the counselling fee must be paid before candidates can proceed with the college choice filling stage.
