SLAT 2027 Registration Deadline Approaching: Key Details and Application Requirements

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has issued a reminder to prospective students that the application window for the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2027 is set to close on December 4, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate law programmes at Symbiosis Law Schools must complete their registration through the official university portal at slat-test.org before this deadline.

The university has emphasised the importance of preparation, advising applicants to have all necessary personal and academic documentation ready before initiating the online registration process. As there is no correction window provided for the application form, candidates are urged to verify all entered information, including personal details, address, and academic marks, for accuracy before final submission.

Application Requirements and Examination Schedule

To ensure a smooth registration experience, applicants should prepare all required documents in the specified file formats and sizes as outlined on the official website. During the application process, candidates will be required to select their preferred examination centres, with the option to choose up to three locations. It is recommended that students finalise their centre preferences prior to starting the application to streamline the process.

The examination fee for SLAT 2027 is set at INR 2,550 per selected test date, exclusive of applicable taxes. Upon successful payment, candidates are advised to retain their transaction ID and payment receipt for future reference. While the system allows for the application to be saved in phases, the university suggests completing the registration in a single session to avoid potential technical issues.

Upcoming Exam Dates

Following the conclusion of the application period, the university will conduct the SLAT 2027 in two separate slots. The first test is scheduled for December 19, 2026, followed by the second test on December 26, 2026. Candidates are encouraged to monitor the official admission portal for any further updates regarding the examination process and to ensure their registration is finalised well before the December 4 cutoff.
