TS LAWCET 2026: Phase 2 College Reporting Deadline Extended to September 9

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially announced an extension for the college reporting deadline for candidates participating in the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling process. Students who were allocated seats during the second phase of seat allotment now have until September 9, 2026, to complete their physical reporting at their respective law colleges.

This extension provides students with additional time to finalize their admission formalities, which were originally scheduled to conclude on September 5. The decision follows requests from various candidates who required more time to organize the necessary documentation required for the verification process at their allotted institutions.

Mandatory Reporting Guidelines for TS LAWCET 2026

The physical reporting process is a critical requirement for all candidates seeking admission into 3-year and 5-year LLB programs through the state counselling system. According to the official notification released by the authorities, this step is mandatory for securing the seat allotted during the second phase. Failure to report to the assigned college by the revised deadline of September 9 will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.

The TSCHE has emphasized that students who fail to report or those who choose to cancel their admission at this stage will be ineligible to participate in the final phase of the counselling process. Any seats that remain vacant following this deadline will be moved forward to the next round of counselling. Consequently, candidates are advised to utilize this extended window to complete their document verification and confirm their enrollment at their designated law colleges without further delay.
