UP Board 2026-27 Class 10 and 12 Model Papers to be Released Soon

Students preparing for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) board examinations are awaiting the release of the official model question papers for the 2026-27 academic session. These documents are essential resources for candidates in both Class 10 and Class 12, as they provide a clear overview of the examination structure, marking schemes, and the types of questions likely to appear in the final assessments.

The board is expected to publish these papers subject-wise on its official website, upmsp.edu.in. By engaging with these model papers, students can better understand the distribution of marks across different topics, refine their time management skills, and assess their overall readiness for the annual board examinations.

Exam Schedule and Preparation Guidelines

The UPMSP has already confirmed the examination schedule for the 2027 academic year. For Class 12 students, the board examinations are scheduled to take place from February 5 to February 24, 2027, with practical examinations slated for January and February 2027. Similarly, the Class 10 examinations are also set to be conducted between February 5 and February 24, 2027.

The examinations will be held in two daily shifts: the first shift from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, and the second shift from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates are advised to arrive at their designated examination centers at least one hour before the start of their respective papers to ensure a smooth entry process. For Class 10, the curriculum includes six subjects, with specific marking structures: Science papers consist of 70 marks for theory and 30 marks for practicals, while other subjects typically feature 80 marks for theory and 20 marks for internal assessments.
