The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has officially announced the schedule for the upcoming Higher Secondary (HS) Semester 3 examinations for the 2027 academic session. According to the notification, the examinations are set to begin on September 21 and will continue through October 7, 2027. During this period, students will sit for various subject papers scheduled between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm daily.

To facilitate the smooth conduct of the examinations, the Council released the admit cards on August 27. These documents were made available online for school authorities to download. It is mandatory for all candidates to collect their physical admit cards directly from their respective schools. Students are reminded that the admit card is an essential document and must be carried to the examination centre on every day of the test to ensure entry and verification.

Examination Schedule and Subject Details

The examination cycle kicks off on September 21 with language papers, including Bengali (A), English (A), Hindi (A), and several others. The following day, September 22, is reserved for all vocational subjects. The schedule continues throughout late September and early October, covering a diverse range of disciplines such as Physics, Accountancy, Computer Science, History, Chemistry, and Business Studies. The final day of the examination, October 7, will feature papers in Biological Science, Political Science, and Costing and Taxation.

Students are encouraged to review the full date sheet to ensure they are prepared for their specific subject examinations. In addition to the official schedule, the Council has provided access to previous years' question papers, such as the 2026 sets for Mathematics, Business Studies, Physics, and Chemistry, which can serve as useful resources for revision and practice. Candidates should maintain close communication with their school administration regarding any further instructions or updates related to the examination process.
