The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has officially released the answer keys for the Semester 3 Higher Secondary (HS) examinations for 2027. Students who participated in these assessments can now access the official documents through the council's designated website at wbchse.wb.gov.in to review their performance and compare their responses against the official keys provided by the board.
This release allows candidates to evaluate their potential results by cross-referencing their marked answers with the official solutions. The council has also established a formal procedure for students who identify any errors or discrepancies within the published answer keys, providing a window for candidates to submit their concerns through an online portal.
For students who believe there is an inaccuracy in the provided answers, the WBCHSE has opened a formal challenge process. The online portal for submitting these petitions will become active on October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Candidates must ensure their submissions are completed before the portal closes on October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
To participate in the challenge process, students are required to visit the official website and access the dedicated challenge section. Each petition must be accompanied by a prescribed fee of INR 200 for every question challenged. The council has specified that this fee applies per question and per subject. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions provided on the portal carefully to ensure their challenges are processed correctly within the stipulated timeframe.
