Following registration, candidates are required to undergo document verification at their designated colleges between September 29 and September 30, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

For those who may need to surrender their previously allotted seats, the online surrender process is scheduled from September 30 to October 1. The official list of verified candidates and the seat matrix for Round 3 will be published on October 1, 2026, after 5:00 PM. Once this information is available, candidates can proceed with online choice filling and locking, which is open from October 1 to October 4. The final seat allotment results for Round 3 are expected to be released on October 8, 2026, after 4:00 PM, with the subsequent reporting and admission period for successful candidates running from October 12 to October 14, 2026.

Stray Vacancy Round Schedule

Following the conclusion of the third round, the Stray Vacancy Round will begin with online registration and fee payment on October 15 and 16, 2026. Candidates participating in this round must complete their verification process at designated colleges on October 16 and 17, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The list of verified candidates and the final seat matrix for this round will be made public on October 17, 2026, after 5:00 PM.

The online choice filling and locking window for the Stray Vacancy Round is scheduled for October 17 and 18, 2026. The seat allotment results for this final round are slated for release on October 23, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats during this phase must report to their respective institutions for the admission process on October 23 and 24, as well as on October 26, 2026, within the specified time frames.
