Ashoka University has established partnerships through MoUs with both national and international institutions, including the University of Australia, the University of Geneva, the University of Zurich, University College Maastricht, Linnaeus University (LU) Sweden, and several others.

Founded in 2014, Ashoka University Sonepat is a private institution. The university comprises over 20 schools that collectively provide more than 40 courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
