AURO University

AURO University is a private institution founded in 2011 in Surat. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2017, it received the award for Best University in Hospitality Management at the EPICURUS – Indian Hospitality Award Ceremony held at HITEX. That same year, the School of Hospitality Management was honored as a Torchbearer Institution of Indian Tourism.

Auro University Surat Gujarat consists of six schools: the School of Business, School of Hospitality Management, School of Information Technology, School of Law, School of Design, School of Journalism & Mass Communication, and School of Liberal Arts & Human Sciences, along with the School of Sciences. The flagship programs offered at Auro include MSc, MBA, and BBA.

The university also features two centers: the AURO Language Learning Resource Centre and the AURO Fine Arts Centre. Admissions at AURO University are based on merit and entrance examinations.
