Founded in 2009, the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (commonly referred to as ILBS Delhi) is a specialized deemed university and hospital dedicated to Liver and Biliary diseases, situated in New Delhi, India. It was established by the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of New Delhi as an autonomous university.
