The National Law University (NLU) Delhi has issued a reminder to all prospective candidates that the registration process for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2027 is nearing its conclusion. Students intending to appear for the upcoming entrance examination must ensure their application forms are submitted through the official university website, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in, no later than November 10, 2026.
With the deadline fast approaching, university officials are advising applicants to complete their submissions well in advance to avoid potential technical issues or last-minute errors. Only those candidates who successfully complete the registration process and pay the required fees will be eligible to sit for the examination, which is scheduled to take place later this year.
To participate in the AILET 2027, candidates are required to register and submit their applications exclusively through the official online portal. Before beginning the process, applicants should have all necessary identification documents, certificates, and scanned copies of required materials prepared to ensure a smooth submission. It is essential for students to carefully review all entered information for accuracy before final submission, as errors may impact their eligibility.
The application fee structure is categorized based on the candidate's background. General, OBC, and Kashmiri migrant candidates are required to pay an application fee of INR 3000. For SC, ST, and PWD candidates, the fee is set at INR 1000. Additionally, SC, ST, and women candidates belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are exempt from the application fee. All payments must be processed through the online payment gateway provided on the official website.
Following the conclusion of the registration period, NLU Delhi has confirmed that the AILET 2027 examination will be conducted on December 13, 2026. The test will be held in an offline, pen-and-paper format. The examination is scheduled to take place in a single shift, running from 2 PM to 4 PM. Candidates are encouraged to monitor the official website for any further updates regarding the admit card release and specific examination day guidelines as the date approaches.
