To begin the dual-reporting process, candidates should log into the official APSCHE portal using their credentials. They must confirm their acceptance of the allotted seat online and download the official allotment order along with the joining report. Following this, students are required to visit their allocated college in person, bringing all original academic and personal certificates. Additionally, they must pay the necessary tuition or university processing fees either online or through a designated bank challan prior to their visit.

It is crucial for candidates to be aware of the three options available to them on seat allotment day: accept, surrender, or wait. Each choice leads to different outcomes, and students are advised to make informed decisions based on their ranks before the deadline of August 9.
