Candidates who participated in the web counselling process can now verify their provisional allotment status by visiting the official portal at cap.apcfss.in. The allocation of seats has been determined based on a combination of the web options submitted by the applicants, their respective ranks in the AP ICET examination, and the state's established reservation policies. With over 44,000 seats available for the current academic session, this phase is a critical component of the state's higher education admission cycle.

Accessing Allotment Results and Mandatory Reporting Procedures

To view their results and download the provisional allotment order, candidates are required to log in to the official counselling website using their registered credentials, specifically their username and password. In addition to the online portal updates, the authorities have confirmed that individual notifications regarding allotment status have been dispatched to the mobile numbers registered by the applicants during the application process.

Following the declaration of the results, candidates must adhere to a strict timeline to secure their admission. The process involves two mandatory stages: online self-reporting through the official portal and physical reporting at the allotted college. During the physical reporting phase, students are required to present their original certificates along with a set of photocopies for verification. The deadline for completing both the online self-reporting and the physical college reporting is September 14. APSCHE has cautioned that failure to complete these requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the candidate being marked ineligible for admission, effectively forfeiting their allotted seat.
