The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is set to conclude the registration process for the second phase of AP LAWCET 2026 counselling today, October 28, 2026. This window is critical for candidates seeking admission into 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes across the state who have not yet secured a seat or were unable to participate in the initial round of admissions.
Candidates who have qualified for the AP LAWCET examination are required to complete their registration and submit the necessary documentation through the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. As this marks the final phase of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for the 2026 academic year, officials have advised applicants to finalise their submissions promptly to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
Following the closure of the registration window, the focus for candidates will shift toward the choice-filling and locking phase. According to the official schedule released by the APSCHE, the web options entry process is slated to take place from October 28 to October 30, 2026. During this period, students will be able to select their preferred law colleges and courses, which will be used to determine seat allotments.
To participate, candidates must ensure that all required certificates are uploaded correctly for the online verification process. The status of this verification can be monitored by students through the official website. Once the choice-filling window closes on October 30, the council will proceed with the seat allotment process based on the preferences submitted by the candidates and their respective ranks in the entrance examination.
