The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is poised to announce the revaluation results for the Class 10 examinations of 2026. Students eagerly awaiting their results can access them through the DigiLocker platform as well as the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. This announcement comes as part of the board's ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and accessibility in the evaluation process.

The revaluation process was initiated for students who sought to challenge their initial scores. The CBSE opened the revaluation portal from August 16 to August 19, allowing candidates who had appeared for the second board exam to apply for revaluation. This year, a total of 6,64,027 candidates registered for the second board exam, with 6,63,777 actually participating. Among these, 5,13,955 students aimed for improvement, while 1,49,822 were in the compartment category.

The overall pass percentage for the second board exam stood at an impressive 96.78%, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the students. As part of the revaluation process, the board is also providing photocopies of answer sheets to those who applied for them. This initiative allows students to review their answers and understand the evaluation better, thereby facilitating a more informed revaluation request.

Students who receive revised marks following the revaluation will be required to submit their original mark sheets to the examination authority. In turn, the board will issue a new certificate reflecting the updated scores. This step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the academic records and ensuring that all students have accurate documentation of their achievements.
