IIT JAM 2027 Information Brochure to be Released on August 22; Registration Opens September 5

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur is set to release the information brochure for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM) 2027 on August 22, 2026. This brochure will provide essential details regarding the registration process, exam schedule, pattern, and syllabus for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate science programs at IITs and other participating institutions. According to the schedule, the application window for IIT JAM will open on September 5, 2026. The information brochure will outline critical components such as eligibility criteria, exam format, syllabus, application fees, reservation policies, and comprehensive admission guidelines. It is crucial for candidates to thoroughly review the brochure before completing their online application through the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS).

Key dates for the IIT JAM 2027 process have been announced. The registration will close on October 12, 2026, and the JOAPS portal will tentatively open for data corrections on November 10, 2026.
