CISCE Expected to Release ICSE and ISC 2027 Board Exam Date Sheets Soon

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is expected to release the official date sheets for the 2027 Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Class 10 and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class 12 board examinations in the coming weeks. While the council has not yet provided a specific date for the announcement, the release of the subject-wise schedule is highly anticipated by students preparing for their upcoming board assessments.

Once the official notification is issued, the timetables will be made available in PDF format on the council's official website, cisce.org. These documents are essential for students to finalize their revision strategies and understand the specific dates, paper timings, and duration for each examination.

Historical Trends and Expected Timeline

Although the CISCE has not confirmed the exact release date for the 2027 schedule, historical data from previous examination cycles offers a clear indication of when students can expect the announcement. In recent years, the council has consistently released the board exam date sheets between November and December.

For the 2026 academic session, the date sheets were published on November 13, 2025. Similarly, the 2025 schedule was released on November 25, 2024, while the 2024 and 2023 schedules were made public in early December of their respective preceding years. Based on these trends, it is highly probable that the 2027 schedule will follow a similar pattern. While there is speculation regarding the examination window falling between February and April, the council has yet to issue an official statement confirming the specific dates or the overall duration of the 2027 board exams.

How to Access the Official Timetable

When the council officially releases the documents, students and parents can access them directly through the official CISCE portal. To download the schedule, candidates should visit the official website at cisce.org and navigate to the section dedicated to the 2027 board examinations. From there, they can select the relevant link for either the ICSE Class 10 or the ISC Class 12 timetable.

Once the PDF file is opened, students are advised to carefully review the subject-wise examination dates, the specific timings for each paper, and any additional instructions provided by the board. It is recommended to download and save a copy of the PDF for easy reference throughout the preparation period. Students are encouraged to rely solely on the official website for accurate information regarding the examination schedule and to ignore any unofficial notifications or speculative dates circulating online.
