The Board of School Education Haryana (HBSE) has officially commenced the registration process for the Class 10 and Class 12 annual board examinations scheduled for February and March 2027. Starting today, October 30, 2026, eligible government and private schools, as well as Gurukul and Vidyapeeth institutions, can begin submitting application forms for their regular students through the board's official website.
This registration window is a critical step for students preparing for the upcoming secondary and senior secondary board assessments. School administrators are responsible for accessing the online portal, verifying student information against official school records, and ensuring all data is submitted accurately before the established deadlines to avoid potential complications.
The board has established a tiered schedule for registration to accommodate schools. The primary deadline to submit applications without incurring any late fees is November 26, 2026. Following this date, the board will permit late submissions subject to additional charges. Registrations submitted between November 27 and November 30 will attract a late fee of INR 100, while applications filed from December 1 to December 4 will require a late fee of INR 300. The final window for registration, which carries a late fee of INR 1,000, closes on December 8, 2026. The board has explicitly stated that no applications will be accepted after this final cutoff.
Regarding the financial requirements, the examination fee for Class 10 is set at INR 1,150, with an additional INR 100 for migration, totaling INR 1,250. For Class 12, the examination fee is INR 1,200, plus the INR 100 migration fee, bringing the total to INR 1,300. Students appearing for practical examinations must pay an additional fee of INR 100 per subject. Furthermore, Class 12 candidates opting for an additional subject are required to pay an extra fee of INR 200. School authorities are advised to confirm the total payment requirements with their students before finalizing the online submission.
The registration process is conducted entirely online via the official HBSE portal at bseh.org.in. School heads are required to log in using their institutional credentials to access the application forms. A key requirement for the 2027 session is the inclusion of the APAAR ID, which is mandatory for all candidates during the online registration process. The board has emphasized that school heads must exercise diligence when entering student details, as they will be held responsible for any errors found in the submitted applications.
Once the details are verified against school records, administrators must complete the application submission and ensure the corresponding fees are paid. By adhering to these procedures and timelines, schools can ensure their students are successfully registered for the 2027 board examinations without unnecessary delays or financial penalties.
