The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), based in Dharamshala, has officially commenced the registration process for the 2027 Class 10 and 12 board examinations. The online portal for submitting applications became accessible to schools starting September 8, marking the beginning of the administrative preparations for the upcoming academic cycle.
Educational institutions across the state are now required to initiate the registration process for their eligible students. The board has set a clear timeline for this phase, with the final deadline for submitting completed application forms scheduled for November 16. It is important to note that these registration procedures are specifically intended for new entries.
To ensure a smooth registration process, the board has placed the responsibility of data accuracy on school authorities. Principals, headmasters, and designated class in-charges are tasked with verifying that all student information entered into the portal is precise and aligns perfectly with the official school admission registers. Maintaining consistency between these records is essential to avoid complications during the examination process.
Regarding the financial requirements for the 2027 registration, the board has established a standard base registration fee of INR 200 per student. Additionally, the board has outlined a provision for late submissions, stipulating an additional late fee of INR 500 per student for those who fail to meet the initial deadline. School administrators are encouraged to complete the necessary documentation well before the November 16 cutoff to ensure all students are successfully enrolled for the 2027 board examinations.
