Kerala NEET UG 2026: Final Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Result Releasing Today

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala is expected to release the final seat allotment results for the NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round today, October 22. This announcement follows the publication of the provisional allotment list, which was made available to candidates on October 21. Students who participated in the state-level counselling process for MBBS and BDS admissions can access the final results through the official CEE Kerala portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.

The stray vacancy round serves as a critical final phase in the admission process, aimed at filling remaining vacant seats across various government and self-financing medical and dental colleges throughout the state. Candidates are encouraged to review the final allotment list thoroughly once it is published to confirm their status and understand the subsequent requirements for securing their admission.

Steps to Access and Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

To view the final allotment results, candidates should navigate to the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in. Once there, they should locate the section dedicated to KEAM 2026 or the specific notification regarding MBBS/BDS counselling. Users will need to look for the link labeled for the stray vacancy final allotment. Depending on the specific instructions provided by the CEE, candidates may either need to open the published allotment list PDF or log in to the UG Medical 2026 candidate portal using their application credentials to check their status.

Following the release of the final allotment, the schedule for physical reporting is strictly defined. Candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat must report to their respective colleges to complete the admission formalities between October 23 and October 26, 2026. It is essential for students to carry their official allotment memo, all necessary original documentation, and proof of fee payment to ensure a smooth transition during the reporting period. Failure to report within the stipulated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
