The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has officially released the round 1 seat allotment results for NEET PG 2026, marking a significant step in the state's postgraduate medical admission process. Students seeking admission to MD and MS courses can now access the selection list to determine their allotted colleges.
The results have been published in a PDF format on the official website, medical2026.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2026. Unlike many other admission portals that require individual login credentials, the CET Cell has made the round 1 allotment list available for public viewing, allowing candidates to check their status without needing to input personal login details.
Following the declaration of the round 1 results, candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat must proceed with the mandatory physical reporting process. This phase is critical for securing the assigned admission, and the CET Cell has scheduled this window to take place between November 6 and November 10, 2026.
During the physical reporting process, students are required to visit their allotted institutions in person. It is essential for candidates to carry all original documents for verification purposes. Furthermore, the admission process requires the submission of a status retention form. Candidates must also be prepared to pay the requisite admission fees at the time of reporting, which should be submitted via Demand Draft or Cheque as per the institutional guidelines. Failure to complete these formalities by the November 10 deadline may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
