MCC Releases NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Final Seat Allotment Result

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially released the final seat allotment results for the second round of the NEET UG 2026 counselling process. Students who participated in this round for MBBS and BDS admissions can now access the results through the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.

This latest phase of the counselling process encompasses 15 percent of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats, alongside 100 percent of the available seats in Central Universities, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions. Candidates are advised to visit the official portal to download the allotment PDF and verify their status.

Reporting and Admission Requirements

Candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat in the second round are required to download their official allotment letter from the website. Following the download, students must report to their respective allotted institutions to complete the document verification process. The reporting window for this stage is scheduled to remain open from September 12 to September 18, 2026.

It is essential for candidates to carry all original documents to their assigned medical colleges during the reporting period. Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat, as per the established counselling guidelines.

The MCC has clarified that there is no provision for a free exit in the Round 2 counselling process. Consequently, if a candidate is allotted a seat and chooses to withdraw, they will forfeit their security deposit.
