MP NEET UG 2026: Mop-up Round Counselling Schedule Released

The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education (CME), Bhopal, has officially released the counselling schedule for the mop-up round of the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026. This phase of the admission process is intended for candidates seeking entry into MBBS and BDS programmes across the state.

Students who have qualified for NEET UG 2026 and are interested in participating in this round must complete their registration through the official state portal at dme.mponline.gov.in. The registration window is set to open on September 28 and will remain active until 11:59 PM on October 2, 2026. Participation in this online registration process is mandatory for all candidates wishing to be considered for seat allotment in the mop-up round.

Key Dates and Counselling Process

Following the conclusion of the registration period, the authorities will publish a revised merit list on October 3, 2026. On the same day, the official vacancy status for the mop-up round will also be made available to candidates. This information is critical for students as they prepare for the subsequent stage of the admission process.

Once the merit list and vacancy details are released, candidates will be required to proceed with choice filling and locking. This facility will be available from October 4 through October 7, 2026, with the deadline for locking choices set at 11:59 PM on the final day. It is essential for applicants to complete these steps within the stipulated timeframe to remain eligible for the seat allocation process.

The results of the mop-up round seat allotment are scheduled to be declared on October 10, 2026. Candidates who are successfully allotted a seat will then be required to report to their respective allotted colleges to complete the admission formalities. The reporting window is scheduled to take place from October 11 to October 14, 2026.
