Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) has officially released the final deadlines for conducting practical and sessional examinations for students enrolled in BTech, BArch, and BE programmes. These dates serve as the final window for affiliated institutions to complete their internal assessments and practical evaluations for the current academic cycle.

The university has mandated that all affiliated colleges must adhere to these timelines to ensure the timely processing of academic results. Students are advised to coordinate closely with their respective departments to confirm the specific dates and timings for their individual subject examinations, as the university has set broad completion deadlines rather than specific subject-wise schedules.

Exam Completion Deadlines and Schedule

According to the official notification, the deadlines vary depending on the course and the semester. For students pursuing BTech across semesters 1 through 6, as well as BE students in semester 6, all practical and sessional examinations must be concluded no later than October 30, 2026. This provides a uniform window for these specific engineering cohorts to finalize their laboratory records and internal assessments.

A different timeline has been established for architecture students. For those enrolled in BArch semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4, the university has set the final deadline for both practical and sessional examinations for September 15, 2026. Institutions are expected to manage their internal scheduling to ensure all students complete their requirements within these designated periods.

Guidelines for Students and Affiliated Colleges

As the university has provided overarching deadlines, the responsibility for setting the specific day-to-day exam timetable rests with the individual affiliated colleges. Students are encouraged to monitor notices issued by their respective departments and college administration to stay informed about the exact schedule for their practical sessions.

To ensure a smooth examination process, students should prioritize completing all necessary laboratory records, assignments, and internal assessment tasks well in advance of the university-mandated deadlines. It is also essential for students to keep their college identity cards and any required examination documentation prepared. By staying in regular contact with their department heads, students can avoid any last-minute complications regarding their practical or sessional assessments. The university expects all affiliated institutions to strictly follow the provided dates to maintain the integrity of the academic calendar.
