The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, has officially announced the commencement of the examination fee payment process for the upcoming Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Public Examinations scheduled for 2027. Students preparing for their Class 10 board exams are required to complete their fee submissions through their respective schools, adhering to the timelines set by the board.
The window for submitting examination fees without incurring a late penalty opens on October 30, 2026, and remains active until November 16, 2026. Following this initial period, the board has outlined a structured schedule for late fee submissions, allowing students to clear their dues in phases throughout December 2026.
The examination fee for the Telangana SSC Public Examinations varies based on the number of subjects and the specific course category. Generally, the fee for all six subjects is set at INR 125, while candidates appearing for up to three subjects are required to pay INR 110. An additional fee of INR 60 applies to SSC Vocational candidates. It is important to note that eligible candidates belonging to SC, ST, and BC categories are exempt from these payments, as per existing government regulations. Students are advised to verify their specific eligibility and payment requirements directly with their school administration.
For those who miss the initial deadline, the board has provided a tiered late fee structure: payments made between November 18 and December 1, 2026, will incur a late fee of INR 50. This increases to INR 200 for payments made from December 3 to 14, and further to INR 500 for those submitted between December 16 and 28, 2026.
While the fee payment process is now underway, the Board of Secondary Education, Telangana, has not yet released the official date sheet for the 2027 examinations. Based on previous academic cycles, the board is expected to publish the TS SSC Time Table 2027 in December 2026. Last year, the schedule was released on December 9, and a similar timeline is anticipated for the upcoming session.
Once released, the official timetable will be accessible on the board’s website at bse.telangana.gov.in. Students will be able to download the PDF document to review subject-wise examination dates, specific paper timings, and essential instructions for the exam hall. The board is expected to conduct the SSC Public Examinations in March and April 2027. Students are encouraged to monitor the official website regularly for the formal notification regarding the release of the examination schedule.
