XLRI Jamshedpur has officially announced the commencement of the first correction window for XAT 2027 application forms. Candidates who have already submitted their registrations are now provided with a brief opportunity to review and update specific information provided in their forms.

The editing facility is scheduled to open on October 16, 2026, and will remain accessible for a duration of 48 hours, closing on October 17, 2026. This window is specifically intended for those who completed their registration process prior to the October 16 start date.

Details Regarding the XAT 2027 Correction Process

During this 48-hour window, applicants are permitted to update certain details within their submitted forms. Additionally, candidates have the option to upload improved versions of their passport-sized photographs and signatures if they choose to do so. It is important to note that the examination authority has confirmed there is no fee associated with this correction process.

While the window allows for modifications, not all fields are eligible for changes. Specifically, candidates are prohibited from altering their name, registered mobile number, or email address, as these details are tied to the creation of the XAT 2027 registration ID. Once a candidate submits their changes during this period, the updated information will be considered final, and no further edits will be permitted for those specific entries.

Future Correction Opportunities and Registration Deadlines

For candidates who have not yet applied or who submit their applications after the October 16 deadline, XLRI Jamshedpur has indicated that a subsequent correction window will be made available in November. This ensures that late applicants also have an opportunity to rectify any errors in their documentation.
