AP ICET 2026 Counselling: Registration and Online Verification Deadline Today

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced that the registration window and the processing fee payment portal for the AP ICET 2026 Phase 1 counselling will officially close today, August 31, 2026. Candidates who have qualified for the entrance examination and are seeking admission into MBA and MCA programmes are advised to complete their registration formalities through the official website, cap.apcfss.in, before the deadline expires.

In addition to the registration process, today also marks the final opportunity for candidates to complete the online certificate verification. Applicants are required to upload their necessary documents in PDF format to the portal to facilitate the verification process. Failure to complete these steps within the stipulated timeframe may impact a candidate's eligibility to proceed to the subsequent stages of the admission process.

Physical Verification and Upcoming Counselling Schedule

While the majority of candidates are undergoing online verification, those falling under special categories—including PWD, NCC, CAP, Sports and Games, Scouts and Guides, and Anglo Indian—are required to participate in a physical certificate verification process. APSCHE has scheduled these in-person sessions to take place at the Government Polytechnic, located near Benz Circle in Vijayawada, today, August 31, and tomorrow, September 1.

Following the conclusion of the verification phase, the process will transition to the web options entry stage. Candidates whose documents are successfully approved will be eligible to select and prioritise their preferred colleges and courses from the 344 participating institutions. This web option entry window is scheduled to remain open until September 2, 2026. A one-day modification window will be provided on September 3, after which the selections will automatically freeze at 10:00 PM.

Seat Allotment and Reporting Procedures

The APSCHE is set to release the Phase 1 seat allotment results on September 7, 2026, after 6:00 PM. Once the results are declared, candidates who have been allocated a seat must complete both the online self-reporting process and the physical reporting at their respective allotted institutions. This final confirmation stage is scheduled to take place between September 8 and September 11, 2026. Candidates are encouraged to review the college-wise seat intake and fee structures for MBA and MCA programmes on the official portal to make informed decisions during the web options entry phase.
