AP ICET 2026: Second Phase Seat Allotment Reporting Begins

The Andhra Pradesh Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially initiated the self-joining and physical reporting process for candidates who secured seats during the second phase of the AP ICET 2026 counselling. Following the release of the seat allotment results, students are now required to complete the necessary admission formalities at their respective allotted institutions to confirm their enrollment.

Candidates who have been assigned a seat in this phase must ensure they report to their designated college by the deadline of September 30. As part of the admission process, students are required to pay the specific admission fee as outlined in their official allotment letter. Failure to complete the reporting process and fee payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Document Verification and Admission Details

To finalise their admission, students must present all required original documents at their allotted colleges during the physical reporting process. These documents are essential for the verification stage, which confirms the candidate's eligibility and academic credentials as per the standards set by the council. It is advised that candidates carefully review their allotment letters to ensure they have all the necessary paperwork prepared before visiting their assigned campus.

According to data from the counselling process, there were a total of 46,620 seats available for MBA and MCA programmes across the state. Reports indicate that 7,696 of these seats have been filled through the current counselling cycle, representing approximately 16.5 per cent of the total available capacity. While the current phase focuses on filling these vacancies, APSCHE may consider conducting further rounds to address any remaining seats. Any positions that remain unfilled following the final round of counselling are typically transferred to be filled through the management quota.
