Candidates participating in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 Phase 1 counselling process have until tomorrow, October 2, 2026, to complete their mandatory online certificate verification. This stage is a critical requirement for all applicants seeking admission into law programs, as only those with successfully verified documents will be considered for the subsequent seat allotment phase.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) initiated the online certificate verification process on September 25. With the deadline fast approaching, officials have advised candidates to finalize their submissions promptly to avoid potential technical delays caused by high website traffic. Failure to complete this step or the presence of errors in the uploaded documentation may result in a candidate being excluded from the seat allocation process.
Following the conclusion of the registration period on September 29, the current focus remains on the verification of credentials and the web option entry stage. The web option entry, which allows candidates to select and prioritize their preferred law colleges and courses for both 3-year and 5-year LLB programs, is also scheduled to run until October 2. Candidates will be granted an additional window on October 3 to modify their selected options if necessary.
Once the verification and choice-filling stages are complete, the authorities are set to release the Phase 1 seat allotment results on October 6, 2026. Looking ahead, the council is expected to commence the Phase 2 counselling process in mid-October. All procedures, including registration and document uploads, must be conducted exclusively through the official portals at cap.apcfss.in or cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
To ensure a smooth verification process, candidates are required to log in using their official registration credentials on the designated counselling website. It is essential that all uploaded files are clear, readable, and accurate, as verification officers will review each submission individually. Any discrepancies or unclear documents may lead to rejection, necessitating immediate correction by the applicant.
Candidates are reminded to keep both digital scans and original copies of all required documents readily available. The verification process serves as the foundation for the entire seat allotment mechanism, and strict adherence to the provided guidelines is necessary for all applicants. By ensuring that all steps are completed before the October 2 deadline, candidates can secure their eligibility for the upcoming seat allocation.
