Bihar Board Exam 2027: Class 10 and 12 Date Sheet Expected Soon

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is preparing to release the official date sheet for the 2027 Class 10 (Matric) and Class 12 (Intermediate) annual examinations. As the academic session progresses, anticipation among students has grown following the board's recent publication of the Sent-Up examination schedule for the 2026-27 session.

While the board has not yet provided a confirmed date or time for the release of the final examination timetable, the announcement of the Sent-Up exams typically serves as a precursor to the release of the annual board schedule. Students are advised to keep a close watch on the official BSEB website, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, for the latest updates and formal notifications regarding the upcoming board exams.

Understanding the Exam Timeline and Requirements

The Sent-Up examinations, which are a mandatory requirement for students intending to appear for the final board exams, are set to commence shortly. According to the official schedule, the Class 12 Sent-Up exams will begin on November 19, 2026, while the Class 10 Sent-Up exams are scheduled to start on November 23, 2026. Participation in these assessments is essential, as they form a critical part of the eligibility criteria for the final Matric and Intermediate examinations.

Historical data provides some context for when students might expect the final schedule. In the previous academic year, the BSEB released the exam timetable on December 1, 2025. During that cycle, the Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 2 to February 13, and the Class 10 examinations followed from February 17 to February 25, 2026. Based on this precedent, it is anticipated that the 2027 date sheet will likely be announced between November and December 2026.

How to Access the Official Timetable

Once the Bihar Board officially publishes the date sheet, students can download the document directly from the board's portal. The process involves visiting the official website at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and navigating to the latest announcements section on the homepage. From there, students can select the link for the Matric or Intermediate Exam Date Sheet 2027 to view or download the PDF.

The forthcoming document will provide comprehensive details, including subject-wise examination dates, specific exam timings, shift allocations, and essential instructions for candidates. Students across the Arts, Science, and Commerce streams are encouraged to rely solely on official notifications from the BSEB to avoid misinformation. Until an official announcement is made, students should focus on their preparation and remain updated through the board's verified communication channels.
