Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 3 Schedule and Seat Matrix Released

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially released the schedule for the third round of the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) for 2026. During this period, candidates are permitted to submit fresh applications or edit their existing application details. Following the conclusion of the registration phase, the board will publish the Bihar NEET rank card for the third round on October 8, 2026.

Once the rank cards are released, candidates will have until October 10, 2026, to complete their choice filling, editing, and locking process. This step is critical for seat allocation, as the board will use these preferences to determine the provisional seat allotment results, which are scheduled to be declared on October 14, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats will be able to download their provisional seat allotment orders from October 14 to October 17, 2026.

The final stage of the third round involves document verification and the formal admission process. Successful candidates are required to complete these formalities between October 16 and October 17, 2026.
