BITS Law School Mumbai has officially commenced the registration process for its five-year integrated law programmes for the 2027-28 academic session. Prospective students interested in pursuing a BA LLB (Hons) or BBA LLB (Hons) degree can now submit their applications through the institution's official website at bitslawschool.edu.in.

The programmes, which have received approval from the Bar Council of India (BCI), are designed to provide comprehensive legal education. The curriculum offers students the opportunity to specialise in five distinct areas, including media law, technology law, and public law, among others.

Application and Selection Process

To initiate the application process, candidates are required to register on the official portal, verify their email addresses, complete the application form, and upload the necessary academic documentation. A key eligibility requirement for applicants is the attainment of at least 45% marks in their Class 12 board examinations.

The selection process for these programmes is primarily based on the BITS Law Foundation Assessment (BLFA). This is a 60-minute online proctored examination consisting of 70 multiple-choice questions. The test evaluates candidates on communication, reasoning, and analytical thinking, and notably, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Alternative Entrance Pathways

In addition to the BLFA, the institution accepts scores from several other national and state-level law entrance examinations. Candidates may also apply using valid scores from the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), or the MH CET Law. Following the initial assessment phase, applicants who are shortlisted will be invited to participate in a personal interview round to complete the selection process.
