CAT 2026 Admit Card Release Date Confirmed for November 4

Candidates preparing for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2026 can mark their calendars for the upcoming release of the official admit cards. IIM Indore has confirmed that the hall tickets for the examination will be made available for download starting November 4, 2026.

The admit card serves as a mandatory document for all applicants, containing essential details required for entry into the examination hall. As the official release date approaches, candidates are advised to prepare their login credentials to ensure a smooth download process once the portal goes live.

Steps to Access and Download the CAT 2026 Admit Card

To retrieve the admit card, candidates must visit the official examination website at iimcat.ac.in. Once the link is activated on November 4, users will need to navigate to the candidate login section. Access to the document requires the input of a unique User ID and password, which were generated during the initial registration process.

In addition to the login credentials, candidates will be required to complete a case-sensitive captcha verification to access the secure download portal. It is recommended that candidates verify all personal information printed on the admit card immediately after downloading it to ensure accuracy. Should any discrepancies or technical difficulties arise during the download process, candidates are instructed to reach out to the IIM Indore helpdesk or utilize the official grievance dashboard for assistance.

Important Guidelines for Examination Day

The admit card is the primary document for verification at the test centre. Candidates should ensure they have a clear, printed copy of the hall ticket ready well in advance of the exam date. While the website provides the direct portal for accessing the document, officials emphasize that the process is strictly dependent on the official schedule.

Candidates are encouraged to monitor the official iimcat.ac.in website for any further updates or instructions provided by the conducting body. By keeping login details secure and ensuring technical readiness, applicants can avoid last-minute complications as the examination date draws closer.
