The portal will remain open for submissions until midnight on the specified date.

Counselling Schedule and Seat Allocation Process

Following the conclusion of the registration phase, the admission process will move into the merit list and vacancy verification stage. The state merit list, along with comprehensive vacancy details, is scheduled to be published on October 21. Should candidates identify any discrepancies, they will have the opportunity to raise objections regarding the vacancy list on October 22. The final vacancy list, which serves as a critical reference for seat availability, is slated for release on October 23.

Once the final vacancies are confirmed, the choice filling and locking window will open on October 24 and remain active until October 27. During this period, applicants are encouraged to review the seat matrix carefully to understand the distribution of postgraduate seats across various medical colleges. This step is essential for making informed decisions regarding course preferences and institutional choices. The results for the Round 1 seat allotment are currently scheduled to be announced on October 29. Candidates are advised to monitor the official DME website regularly for any further updates or changes to the counselling timeline.
