HPBOSE Announces Class 12 Supplementary Results for 2026 Today; Steps to Access Results at hpbose.org

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has officially announced the results for the Class 12th Supplementary Examination 2026 today, August 21. This announcement pertains to students who appeared for the compartment, improvement, additional subject, and diploma holder examinations conducted during the July 2026 supplementary session. Students can access their results by visiting the official HPBOSE website at hpbose.org and entering their roll numbers.

According to the board's notification, a total of 3,271 candidates participated in the supplementary exams, with 1,931 students successfully passing. This results in a pass percentage of 59.07%. However, 1,123 candidates have been categorized as needing to appear in the compartment exams, indicating that they did not meet the minimum requirement of 33% in each subject, which must be achieved in both theory and practical assessments.

For those students who wish to have their papers re-evaluated or re-checked, HPBOSE has provided an online application process. Students must apply through their respective schools, with re-evaluation costing Rs 1,000 per subject and re-checking costing Rs 800 per subject. The deadline for submitting these applications is September 4, 2026.

Students are advised to carefully review their results, which are provisional and available online. It is essential for them to verify details such as their roll number, name, subject-wise marks, total marks, qualifying status, and the name of their school. Original mark sheets will need to be collected from their respective schools once they are available.
