The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has officially released the provisional seat allotment results for the second round of state-level counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions. Candidates who participated in the choice-filling process for the state quota seats can now verify their allotment status through the official OJEE website at odishajee.com.
This latest development marks a significant step in the medical admission process for the 2026 academic session. The provisional allotment list provides students with information regarding their assigned courses and colleges, determined by their merit rank, the preferences submitted during the counselling window, seat availability, and applicable reservation policies.
To view the results, candidates should navigate to the official OJEE portal and select the link designated for MBBS/BDS Counselling 2026. From there, they can access the round 2 provisional seat allotment PDF located within the notification section. To view individual status and download the allotment letter, students are required to log in using their credentials on the portal.
The OJEE Committee has clarified that this publication is a provisional allotment result. It serves as an interim step in the admission process, allowing candidates to review their status. Following this, there is a provision for students to raise concerns regarding the provisional findings. The final seat allotment results and the subsequent formal allotment letters will be issued after the review of any submitted queries.
Candidates are advised to download and retain a copy of their provisional allotment letter for their records as they prepare for the next stages of the admission process. Admission to medical and dental colleges across the state will be finalized only after the release of the definitive seat allotment results.
