Registration and Verification for the Final Phase of TS PGECET 2026 Counselling Commence, with Dates Announced

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has officially announced the commencement of the final phase counselling registration for the TS PGECET 2026. Candidates interested in pursuing postgraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, and other fields can now register online at the official website, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in. The registration and verification process is currently underway, providing an opportunity for eligible candidates to secure their seats in various institutions across the state.

The online registration and verification period will remain open until August 28, 2026. This final phase is crucial for candidates who missed the initial round of counselling. The schedule includes several key dates: the online registration and verification process runs from August 21 to August 28, followed by the display of the verified list of eligible candidates on the same day. Candidates will also have the opportunity to make corrections via email if necessary.

From August 29 to August 31, candidates can exercise their web options for the second phase of counselling. An important edit option will be available on September 1, allowing candidates to modify their choices. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be published on September 5, organized by college, and candidates must report to their respective colleges for verification of original certificates and payment of tuition fees between September 7 and September 10.

It is important to note that candidates who participated in the first phase of counselling and completed their certificate verification can directly proceed to exercise their web options for the second phase. The remaining seats after the allotment for GATE and GPAT candidates will be available exclusively for TS PGECET candidates, making this an essential opportunity for those seeking admission.

To complete the registration process, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of INR 1,200 for general candidates and INR 600 for SC/ST candidates.
