The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially announced the final phase seat allotment results for the TS PGECET 2026 counselling process. Candidates who participated in the web-option entry stage can now view their allotment status by logging into the official portal at pgecet.tgche.ac.in.
This release marks a significant step in the postgraduate admission cycle for the state. Alongside the general seat allotment, the authorities have also published the NCC merit list for eligible candidates. Students are encouraged to access the portal promptly to verify their results and proceed with the necessary admission formalities.
To view the allotment status, candidates should visit the official website and navigate to the seat allotment link. Upon entering their hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth, the system will display the individual allotment details. It is recommended that students download and print a copy of the allotment order for their records.
Following the declaration of results, the deadline for reporting to the allotted colleges has been set for September 16, 2026. Admission is contingent upon the successful verification of original certificates. During the reporting process, candidates must present their original documents, including the Transfer Certificate (T.C.), to the college authorities for final validation.
Candidates are required to carry a comprehensive set of documents to their respective institutions. Essential items include the TS PGECET rank card or the GATE scorecard for those admitted through that channel. Additionally, students must provide their academic marksheets, proof of residence or domicile, Aadhar card, and relevant category or income certificates.
To facilitate the administrative process, the council advises students to prepare two sets of self-attested photocopies of all required certificates. One of these sets is designated for submission to the office of the Convenor. As the reporting window closes on September 16, 2026, candidates are urged to complete their institutional registration within the stipulated timeframe to secure their seats.
