The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially released the exam centre list for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. The document, which is now accessible on the board's official website at upmsp.edu.in, details the designated examination venues for students across the state. This publication marks a significant step in the board's preparation for the upcoming academic assessment cycle.

The list provides clarity on where students from various schools will be required to sit for their examinations. By making this information public, the board aims to ensure transparency in the centre allocation process, allowing school administrators, parents, and students to review the assignments well in advance of the examination dates.

Objection Process and Timeline

Recognising that concerns may arise regarding the suitability or logistics of the assigned centres, the UPMSP has established a formal window for feedback. Stakeholders, including principals, school managers, parents, and students, are permitted to raise objections if they identify issues with the current allocations. To be considered, all objections must be submitted through the official online portal provided by the board.

The board has set a strict deadline for this process, requiring all submissions to be completed by October 28, 2026. Any objections filed after this date will not be entertained. When submitting a grievance, applicants are required to provide a valid reason along with supporting evidence to justify their request for a review. The objection form also necessitates the inclusion of the applicant's name and signature to ensure accountability.

Review and Finalisation Procedures

The current centre list was compiled based on school data that underwent verification by tehsil-level committees. Following the conclusion of the objection period, the process will move to the next phase of administrative review. The district-level centre determination committee, which operates under the leadership of the District Magistrate, will evaluate the feedback received.

District Inspectors of Schools (DIOS) are tasked with the responsibility of reviewing all submitted objections and addressing them in a timely manner. Once the review process is complete and necessary adjustments are made, the DIOS will forward the final, approved list to the UPMSP headquarters. This final submission is scheduled to be completed by November 6, 2026, ensuring that the examination infrastructure is finalised ahead of the board exams.
