The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has issued a reminder to all candidates participating in the AP ICET 2026 counselling process regarding the upcoming deadline for physical reporting. Students who have been successfully allotted seats for MBA and MCA programs during the first phase of admissions are required to complete their in-person reporting at their designated institutions no later than September 14, 2026.
This mandatory step follows the release of the Phase 1 seat allotment results, which are currently available for review on the official portal at cap.apcfss.in. To secure their admission, candidates must ensure they have completed both the online self-reporting process and the physical verification of documents at their allotted colleges within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to report by the September 14 deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the seat, causing the candidate to forfeit their claim to the allotment.
During the physical reporting process, students are required to present their original certificates along with sets of self-attested photocopies for verification purposes. It is essential for candidates to adhere strictly to the schedule to avoid any complications with their admission status. The physical reporting phase serves as the final confirmation of the seat allocation conducted by the council.
Meanwhile, many candidates who were not successful in the first round, or those seeking to upgrade their current seat allotment, are awaiting further updates regarding the second phase of admissions. While the APSCHE has not yet published the official notification or the detailed schedule for AP ICET Phase 2 counselling, an announcement is expected to follow shortly after the conclusion of the first phase reporting period. Once the new schedule is released, eligible candidates will be able to register and submit fresh web options for the remaining vacant seats across participating institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
